Best Books for Analog Electronics

This post will guide you regarding which book of Analog electronics you should select and why should you select it. Here you will get a proper detailed review of each and every book which I had mentioned below. There are some books that are good to understand the theoretical concepts, some are good to clear your engineering examinations, some are good to gain technical skills, some of them are good to clear your entrance examination like a GATE, ISRO, etc or if you are trying for PSUs. By reading the reviews of each book, make your own decision to buy a book according to your future.
The students who are very much interested in Analog Electronics and willing to give competitive examinations. While reading as a beginner I found it a little difficult to understand the concepts because it's language is a little difficult to understand but after some time you will really enjoy reading this book.
Out of 4 books which I had mentioned below I had read 2-3 books and based on that I'm giving the reviews.

1) Electronic Devices and Circuit Theory:- [Author:-Robert Boylstad]

Students like me who are very much interested in analog electronics can really buy this book with no doubt. At first, this book explains some basic concepts which are required to study analog electronics in detail. If you are planning to give some competitive examinations like GATE then you should surely go for it as in gate examination you see more questions from the analog part not only that this book had covered both technical and theoretical knowledge. The author had tried to explain many circuits with the help of simulation software MULTI SIM which is a really great way to explain the concepts.
CONCLUSION:-
The students who are very much interested in Analog Electronics and willing to give competitive examinations. While reading as a beginner I found it a little difficult to understand the concepts because its language is a little difficult to understand but after some time you will really enjoy reading this book.

2) Microelectronic Circuits Theory & Applications:- [Author:-Adel S. Smith, Kenneth C. Smith]

Currently, I'm reading this book and I will surely recommend this book to everyone who is really interested in analog electronics. Those students who are planning their careers in the VLSI domain should read this book at least once. It had explained the concepts first then numerical and in the end, it had given its applications. I will suggest all the beginners go with this book you will really enjoy reading it but read one page a day because it contains more than 1000 pages.
CONCLUSION:-
Best books for the students going in the VLSI domain and one of the best books for beginners as well.

3) Integrated Electronics Analog & Digital Circuits & Systems:-  [Author:-Christos Halkis, Chetan Parikh & Jaco Millman]

I had read only a few topics from this book after reading it I can say that this is one of the best books for the students who are studying in the core electronic branch they will be able to give gate examination with this book. This book contains both the Analog and Digital parts. This book offers a bottom-top approach which means it has cleared various basic concepts like p-n junction diode, BJT, MOSFETs, op-amps, etc, and then full digital part not only that it has offered enn number of numerals which will really help you a lot if you are a gate aspirant.
CONCLUSION:-
Best book for all kinds of students whether you are just studying to clear examinations or whether you are preparing for GATE or some other competitive examinations.

4) Analog Electronics:- [Author:-Bishnu Charan Sarkar]

To be very frank I had not read this book but I had asked many of my friends and they told me that this is also a great book to buy. So according to the specs which I had seen on google it had covered almost all topics of analog electronics.

I hope these reviews really helped you. Best of luck for your future.
